I was employed as a design intern at Normann Copenhagen between September 2015 and February 2016.

Main Tasks

​

  • Concept generation and development

  • Technical drawings for prototyping

  • Use and Maintenance of 3D Printer

  • Prototype revision documents

​

My CAD skills were improved by this internship as I was asked to generate many versions of concepts in a short space of time. I also learnt a great deal about manufacturing considerations from working closely with the product development team.

  • I worked closely with Simon to develop the geometrical relationship and form of this set.
