I was employed at Yorkshire Sculpture Park as Deputy Head Sculpture Technician for 8 years.

 

YSP is a world renowned indoor and outdoor art gallery.

​

Main Tasks

​

  • Supervising  the technician team and volunteers during exhibition installations

  • Liaising with artists to ensure the work is built and installed correctly

  • Conservation and condition reporting of artwork

​

I also learnt a wide variety skills from Chainsaw and Forklift Truck licences to Portable appliance testing.
